神厥穴经皮给药促进腹部手术后患者胃肠功能恢复的效果观察

Observation of the Effect of Percutaneous Drug Administration to Shenjue Points on facilitating Gastrointestinal Function Recovery among Patients Undergoing Abdominal Operation

目的探讨神厥穴经皮给药对腹部手术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法将80例腹部手术患者按照入院先后顺序随机分为常规中药内服组、神厥穴经皮给药组各40例。中药内服组于术后禁食水6 h后开始服用大承气汤,1剂200 ml分2次服用,早晚分服,至肠蠕动功能恢复;经皮给药组于术后30 min常规消毒脐部,以外敷药膏3 g敷于脐部,用医用胶布固封脐部。观察记录首次肛门排气、排便时间,肠鸣音恢复时间。结果两组患者术后肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论神厥穴经皮给药组较中药内服组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间明显提前,有利于术后胃肠功能的恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of percutaneous drug administration to Shenjue points on facilitating gastrointestinal function recovery among patients undergoing abdominal operation. Methods 80 cases undergoing the abdominal operation were randomly divided into the conventional TCM taking group and Shenjue point percutaneous drug administration group, each with 40 cases. The TCM group began to take Dachengqi decoction after 6 hours of inhibition from food and water beginning from the end of the operation, 200 ml for 2 takings, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, until the recovery of the intestinal peristalsis function. The percutaneous administration group was offered umbilical pressing of 3 g ointment, the umbilical region being sealed tight with medical plaster, 30 minutes after the operation. Then a comparison was made of the anal exhausting time, the time of recovery of the intestinal sound, the time of first defecation. Results The times of anal exhausting, recovery of the intestinal sound and first defecation among the percutaneous administration group were markedly earlier than those of the TCM group with all the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.001）. Conclusion Percutaneous drug administration to Shenjue point better facilitates the post-operation recovery of the gastrointestinal function.
