Precision Marketing in Telecommunication Industry through Classifying Method of Decision Tree

摘要 X电信公司实施数据挖掘支撑的精准营销,立足于当前趋势需要和数据建设条件。论文简要介绍了所运用的算法决策树分类方法的相关理论,并以X电信公司实际工作中实施的项目过程为线索,描述了该电信公司以识别Y套餐目标客户为业务目标的数据挖掘流程。从确定业务目标到最终的营销实施,Y套餐目标客户识别的过程可以大致分为5个阶段。强调了数据挖掘项目需要借助市场调研、业务访谈等形式了解项目的业务意义、数据含义等。 X telecommunication company's implementing of precision marketing supported by data mining is based on the present presents trend and data construction. The paper briefly presents the related theories of classifying method of decision tree, and, with the practical project process of X Telecommunication Company as the clue, describes the data mining flow for the purpose to identify the target customer of Y package. The identification process of Y package's target customer could mainly be divided into five steps from fixing business target to the final marketing implementation, in which the following factors are emphasized in data mining project to understand the business significance and data meaning, such as market investigation, business interview etc.
