由“他律”向“自律”的升华:大学生诚信教育的反思与构想

On the Sublimation From Heteronomy to Autonomy:Reflection and Conception about the Sincere Education of College Students

诚信问题是人类千百年来如何在道德自律与世俗诱惑之间把握平衡的永久难题。就高校及至全社会而言,当前普遍遭遇诚信危机,进而使高校诚信教育的问题更为凸显。诚信教育作为基于对生命的尊重而实施的一种向善、向美的至诚境界理应得到加强,目前大学生诚信教育应对模式属于由"他律"指向"他律"的,而忽略了"自律"及由"他律"向"自律"的内化环节。因此,大学生诚信教育应树立如下观念:作为一种生存需要,道德与诚信当为大学生自律的双面镜;作为一种情绪体验,诚信、协作当为大学生修身的基本境界;作为一种标识,契约、责任意识当为诚信的首要保证;作为一种范式,"内省式的道德自律"与"外察式的道德迁移"当为诚信教育实现的有效路径。

Sincere question is a permanent problem about how to keep the balance between the moral self-discipline and the secular temptations in thousands of years.To the college and the society,the crisis of sincere is so popular and the sincere education of college students is more prominent.As one of the concepts which are based on the respect to the life and pursuit of the righteousness and the beauty,the present sincere education is carried out from the ＂the heteronomy＂ to ＂the heteronomy＂, but ＇it has neglected the internalization link, ＂self-discipline＂ and from ＂heteronomy＂ to ＂self- discipline＂. There- fore, the university student sincere education needs to embody the following ideas ：As one kind of survival need, morals and sincere should to be. a double mirror to the college students; As one kind of mood experience, sincere and cooperation should be the basic merits for students;As one kind of mark, the contract, and responsibility consciousness should be the most important guarantee of sincere; As one kind of model, ＂ the introspection- like moral autonomy＂ and ＂outside observes -like moral migration＂ should be the effective path to accomplish of sincere education.
