摘要
随着我国法治建设的不断推进,法制教育在高校德育中越来越受到关注和重视,但是人们对高校法制教育的性质、目标、功能等方面定位存在一些模糊认识。高校法制教育定位应该是:性质的德育性,目标的素质性,功能的政治性,内容的思想性,方法的综合性。
With the continuous advance of the rule of law,the legal education at colleges and universities has caused more and more attention,but there are some misconceptions about its nature,objectives and functions.The orientation of legal education at colleges and universities should focus on its moral nature,quality target,political function and ideological content,comprehensive methods.
