摘要
校友是高校宝贵的人际资源,如何开发与管理这一资源日益成为高校关注的问题。在此文中,通过论述校友资源对高校发展的重大意义,分析国外校友工作的经验,进而提出了加强我国高校校友资源开发与管理的建议,以期对高校校友工作有所启发。
Alumni are precious resources of higher education institutions.Therefore,how to develop and manage this resource has become a growing concern for universities.In this paper,the author talks about the great significance of university alumni,analyzes the experience of foreign alumni business and gives suggestions on the development and management of alumni resources.
