独立学院应用型人才分类培养研究

Research on Applied Talents Classification Training at Independent Colleges

独立学院经过多年的发展,已形成了一定规模,由于学院的办学条件、办学资源等发生了很大变化,社会宏观形势也发生了巨大的变化。本文针对独立学院应用型人才培养目标,提出分类培养模式,即:层次分类、产业分类、企业分类,并在此基础上对独立学院应用型人才分类培养模式的运行机制进行了深入的探讨。

Independent College,after years development,has formed a certain scale.Since many factors,such as the conditions of schools,educational resources,have changed a lot,the macroeconomic situation in society has changed dramatically.In this paper,aiming at the goal of training applied talents at independent colleges,a mode of classification training is presented,namely： level classification,industry classification,and business classification.On this basis,the operation mechanism of the mode is discussed in - depth.
