摘要
德国的职业教育观是神圣而严谨的,美国和加拿大的职业教育观是崇尚工作与人才能的匹配,即人性化的个人主义,而中国的职业教育观主要是以就业为导向的,这是与各国不同的社会文化分不开的。通过各国的职业院校与政府和企业的关系,我们可以对他们的职业教育有着更深层的了解,中国只有根据自己的文化和国情,借鉴优秀的职业教育经验,才能找到一条自我发展之路。
Germans view the higher technical education sacred and precise,and the Americans and Canadians think the higher technical education should make the work match the human s ability,whereas,Chinese higher education is employment-oriented,so the ideas in different countries derive from their different cultures.We can understand deeply about vocational education through the relations of the vocational colleges to the government and the enterprises.The Chinese vocational education can find his own road based on learning his own cuhure and other countryg vocational experience.
