The Principle of Symmetric Imaging of the Malleolar Mortise

摘要 按常规投照技术摄取踝关节正位片,所得踝关节正位影像的内、外踝间隙基本不能对称显示。作者通过复习X线解剖,结合学习CT横断解剖知识,经过观察135例踝关节不同角度下的正应像显示结果,总结出足内旅5°~10°摄取踝关节正位最适於内、外踝关节间隙对称显示的特殊规律。 On the standard anteropoatertor position X-ray radiographs,the medial and lateral spaces of the mallleolar mortise is usally unsymmetrically imaged. Based on a study of 135 anke X-ray radiographs combined with CT scan shows,the authors suggested that a projective position at5°-10° internal rotation of ankle is suitable to symmetrically demonstrate the medical and lateral spaces of the malleolar mortise.
