一维组分超晶格量子阱的能带结构及其透射谱特征

摘要 电子在组分超晶格中的运动问题等效于电子在一维方形势阱中的运动问题。由于电子所经受的相互作用势是一维周期势,情况与K-P模型类似。利用转移矩阵方法对理想情况下超晶格量子阱的能带结构和透射谱特征进行了研究,而且对非理想情况下的透射谱进行了分析,结果表明系统存在局域态。 The electron motion in the component superlattice is equivalent to the case in one- dimensional square periodical well,and the situation is similar to K-P model in the semiconductor physics.The band structure and the transmission spectrum of an electron in the superlattice quantum well are studied by transfer matrix method in ideal case, and the transmission spectrum is analyzed in non ideal case.It shows that local state exists in the system.
