摘要
目的研究玫瑰花中花色苷的定性定量分析方法。方法采用薄层色谱法,硅胶G薄层板,正丁醇-醋酸-水(4:1:2)为展开剂,1%三氯化铝乙醇溶液为显色剂,检测矢车菊素-3,5-二葡萄糖苷;采用双波长pH示差法,测定总花色苷含量。结果薄层色谱法可清晰检出矢车菊素-3,5-二葡萄糖苷;双波长pH示差法测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.5%(n=6)。结论建立了玫瑰花中花色苷类成分的定性定量分析方法,可作为玫瑰花药材的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods for anthocyanins in the flowers of Rosa rugosa Thunb. Methods Cyanidin-3,5-diglucoside was detected by silica gel TLC with n-butanol - acetic acid - water (4:1:2) as the developing agent and 1% aluminium trichloride alcoholic solution as the visualization reagent. The content of total anthocyanins was determined by dual-wavelength pH-differential method, Results Cyanidin-3,5- diglucoside could be clearly detected by silica gel TLC. The RSD of result was 2.5% (n=6) by dual-wavelength pH- differential method. Conclusion The qualitative and quantitative analysis methods for anthocyanins in the flowers of Rosa rugosa Thunb. established in this article can be used for the quality control of Rosa rugosa Thtmb.
