摘要 生物表面活性剂由于具有优良的生物可降解性、毒性小、生产成本低等优点,近几年得到广泛的关注和研究。槐糖脂是一种由酵母菌合成的具有表面活性的化合物,本文概述了槐糖脂的结构性质、发酵生产、分离纯化及其在医药、环保、化妆品等方面的应用前景。 In recent years, the biosurfactants with the advantages of biodegradability, low toxicity and Low production cost have attracted extensive attentions and studies. Sophorolipids are surfactant compounds synthesized by yeast. This review outlines the structures, fermentation and purification of sophorolipids, as well as its applications in medicine, environmental protection, cosmetics and so on.
