摘要
目的探讨超声检查在股动脉假性动脉瘤中的应用价值。方法收集股动脉假性动脉瘤19例,用二维及彩色超声了解其大小、形态、与股动脉的关系,破口处及瘤体内的血流情况。结果股动脉假性动脉瘤19例,用二维及彩色超声了解其大小、形态、与股动脉的关系,破口处及瘤体内的血流情况。结论超声检查可以确诊股动脉假性动脉瘤,在股动脉假性动脉瘤中具有重要的应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of the application of ultrasound examination in the diagnosis and treatment of femoral arterial Pseudoaneurysm (PA). Methods Two dimension imaging and color Doppler examination were performed in all 19 collected patients who underwent femoral arterial Pseudoaneurysm, and the size, form, the relationship of femoral artery, blood flow of the puncture site and inner of PA were observed. Results Two- dimensional ultrasound examination can clearly display the ultrasonographic features of femoral arterial Pseudoaneurysm. Ninety-five pecent cases can show the puncture site of femoral arterial Pseudoaneurysm by color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI), which was thoroughly measured the pattern spectrum features of the systolic and diastolic dual direction blood flood. Red and blue eddied color blood flow was found in the inner of femoral arterial Pseudoaneurysm,and partially may be complicated with lymph node enlargement in the sick side inguinal region. Conclusion Color Doppler flow imaging call definite femoral arterial Pseudoaneurysm. Ultrasound has high value in clinical practice for femoral arterial Pseudoaneurysm.
