臭氧治疗肩关节周围炎中的超声图像变化及疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察臭氧注射肩关节周围炎(肩周炎)超声声像图变化特点及疗效。方法将50例肩周炎病例在高频超声引导下,将医用臭氧注射肩周炎患者的病变部位或关节囊内,根据病变范围的大小及臭氧扩散的程度注射不同的剂量,用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行评估及用患者自觉症状及查体结果评价疗效,并与传统组对比。结果超声图像随着肩周炎治疗过程发生动态变化;2组患者治疗后进行组间比较,均存在统计学差异(P<0.05),超声定位组疗效明显优于传统治疗组,超声定位组有效率为92%(42/50),传统治疗组有效率为78%(39/50)。结论臭氧治疗肩周炎有效,且超声引导优于传统治疗方法,超声检查可动态观察疗效。 Objective Periarthritis humeroscapularis injection of ozone observation ultrasonographie changes in the characteristics and efficacy. Methods Fifty cases of Periarthritis humeroscapularis will be under the guidance of high-frequency ultrasound, the injection of medical ozone in patients with Periarthritis humeroscapularis lesion or joint capsules, in accordance with the scope of the size of lesions and the extent of spread of ozone-injection of different doses, using the visual analog scale (VAS) and used to assess patients with physical symptoms and search results were evaluated and compared with the traditional group. Results Periarthritis humeroscapularis ultrasound image with the dynamic changes occurred in the course of treatment; the two groups after treatment comparison group, there are significant differences (P〈0.05), efficacy of ultrasound-targeted group was superior to the traditional treatment group, ultrasound positioning Group efficiency of 92% (42/50), the traditional treatment group response rate was 78% (39/50). Conclusion Ozone treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis effective, and ultrasound-guided treatment is superior to traditional methods, uhrasound effect in favor of dynamic observation.
