拔牙前后患者血压和心率的临床分析

The clinical analysis of the blood pressure and heart rate of the patients before and after tooth exaction

目的为了寻求拔牙过程的血压和心率的变化规律。方法选取148例不同年龄段的拔牙患者,用2%利多卡因作为麻醉剂,用电子血压计检测,对不同年龄段,不同时间段(麻醉前、麻醉生效、拔牙结束后5min)的血压和心率进行了研究和分析。结果拔牙过程中中老年患者的血压变化比较明显,心率无明显变化,血压的变化在拔牙结束5min后基本恢复。结论拔牙操作的难度和时间对血压的变化有明显的影响。

Objective To seak the changing rules of the blood pressure ddmes and heart rate during the process of pullig out teeth. Methods One hundred and forty-eight patients were selected, 2% of the Lidocaine were used as the anesthetic, research and analyse the blood pressure and heart rate in different age section and time section （before being anaes-thetized anaesthesia activation, concluding pulling teeth, 5 minutes after the exaction） with the electronic sphygmomanometer monitor. Results Durig the process of pullig teeth, the blood pressures charge obviously with the middle and old aged persons, while the heart rates changed less. After pulling teeth the blood pressure can basically restore in 5 minutes. Conclusion The operation difficulty and the time can influence the blood pressure charge.
