摘要
本文分别对各运动部件进行了受力分析,求出了切向气体力;对运动部件采取动、静平衡措施消除了振动和噪音。为以后的零部件优化设计提供理论依据。
Abstract The forces acted on the moving parts of dry scroll vacuum pump (DSVP) were analysed, and tangential force of gas was determined. The static and dynamic balance of moving parts were made in order to decrease the vibration and noise. The research results can be used for optimal design of parts of DSVP.
