摘要
主要介绍了三菱公司的FX2N系列PLC在采用膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺的小型污水处理系统中的应用,重点阐述了系统的硬件构成及系统软件的设计思路,具有自动/手动两种工作模式,根据抽吸压力确定反冲洗启动时间,抽吸泵自动定时间歇运行,并整合了超声波清洗以及臭氧消毒技术.指出了PLC设计的关键是达到基本控制功能和要求,实现了对小型污水处理系统的自动化控制.
The application of MITSUBISHI FX2N series PLC in waste water treatment plant based on MBR automatic control system is mainly introduced, special attention has been paid to the system hardware constitution and the system software design process--auto/manual mode and it determines the start-up time of backwashing by suction pressure, suction pump automatic intermittent run and the integration of ultrasonic cleaning and ozone disinfection technology. It points out that the key of the PLC design is to satisfy the basic control function and the capacity, and maintenance convenience, the system extension and so on.
