以企业的普通性和不确定性战略决策为研究对象，在分析、研究传统战略决策程序的基础上，运用工业工程的“系统性效能”模式，提出了既科学合理又简捷实用的战略决策技巧，并以模型予以表述。

Based on the analysis of the traditional SDP(Strategic Decision Procedure) and taking the general and indefinite SD(Strategic Decision)as its research object,this thesis employs the model of “Systematic Efficacy”in the field of Industrial Engineering.The model of new techniques on SD is put forward which are scientific,reasonable,simple and practical.
