利用逐候的蒸发量、降水量的资料，研究夏旱的k指数标准。最终结果k指数比较符合实际旱情；可以对区域性或全省性的夏旱进行总体评价；可以用于实时动态监测。

With the data of penthemeronly evaporation and precipitation, the K index standard of summer-droughts in analyzed. The end-result indicates that K index is basically identical to the fact of the droughts, and that it may be put into use in the assessment of the regional or whole-provincial droughts, and that it may be used in the real-time dynamical monitoring of the droughts.
