摘要
本文对全悬挂多点啮合柔性支承传动系统在简谐激励下的响应进行了研究。通过拉氏变换和频率响应法获得了该系统的稳态解,发现了在简谐激励下,当结构参数满足一定条件时,主轴动应力将变为零这一特性。
In the paper, the dynamic response to harmonic exicitation for a fully-mounted multiple-point meshing mechanism with flexible supports has been studied. The steady state response of the system is obtained by both laplace transformation and frequency response methods. It is shown that by the proper selection of design parameters, the dynamic torque in the spindle under a given frequency excitation can be reduced to zero.
