摘要
湘钢新高线精轧和减定机组采用了ABB(瑞士)公司ACS6000中压变频传动控制系统,它的主回路拓扑为交-直-交电压型结构,采用了三电平PWM控制方式,整流和逆变器大功率元件使用了ABB公司生产的IGCT,精轧和减定径采用多传技术。通过对这套传动系统的特点和性能分析,为类似生产线选择电气传动系统提供一定的参考。
The drive system of WRB (Wire Rod Block) and FRS (Flexible Reduction and Sizing) for new high speed roll mill of Xianggang adopts ACS6000 medium voltage varible frequency drive system of ABB (Switzerland) company. The toplogy of main circuit is AC- DC- AC voltage source inverter and is controlled by three level PWM. The ICJCT element of high power in rectifier and inverter is made by ABB company. The mulfidrive technique is used for drive system of WRB and FRS. Through analyzing characteristics and performance of this drive system, it is able to give a reference to select electric drive system for similar production line.
