摘要
采用碳酸钠和硼酸熔融分解试样,稀硝酸浸取,在硫酸介质中,硅与钼酸铵生成硅钼黄络合物,以硫酸亚铁铵还原硅钼黄为钼蓝,探讨了吸收波长、加热时间、钼酸铵用量、硫酸用量、还原剂用量五个因素对吸光度的影响。结果表明:该法快速、准确且精密度较高,适合炉渣中SiO2的测定。
The sample was fused with sodium carbonate and boric acid, then lenched by dilute nitric acid. In the sulfuric acid, silicon and ammonium molybdate formed molybdenum yellow, which was deoxidized to molybdenum blue by ammonium ferrous sulfate. The effects of the absorption wavelength, heating time, the dosage of ammonium molybdate, the dosage of sulfuric acid and the dosage of reductant on the photoabsorption degree were discussed. The results showed that, this method was fast, accurate and had meticulous precision. Therefor it was suitable for the determination of SiO2 in slag.
