摘要
选择液化石油气加氧气为气相起爆系统新型混合气源,对其在细长管道内传爆性质进行实验研究。结果表明,新气源在内径3mm长度500m的细长塑料管道内,经激爆形成的爆轰波传爆可靠,爆速达2500m/s,其尾部能可靠激爆多根分叉导爆管;爆轰淬熄直径为07mm。气相起爆器采用气体配比、混合、反射增压、防爆等装置的系统设计是可行的。
Liquified petroleum gas mixed with oxygen has been used as a new type of mixed gas source for gas detonating system The experimental studies include the choice of mixed gas source,the design on mechanism of gas exploder,and the study on the feature of gas detonation transmission in a long and thin tube The results of the study show that:(1) Liquified petroleum mixed with oxygen can be used as a new type of gas source for gas detonating system (2)The detonation transmission by detonation wave is reliable for new type of mixed gas in a 500 metre long plastic tube with 3mm inner diameter and the detonating velocity is up to 2500m/s,the detonating wave can surely initiate several branched Nonel through the end of the long thin plastic tube and the tube′s inner diameter for the instantaneous misfire is 0 7mm (3) The design of gas exploder including gas proportiondistribution device,pressure increasing device by shock wave reflex and back explosion prevention device is feasible and applicable
