详细描述了在福州市区内进行的一次46.5t级硐室爆破的设计与施工工作。该硐室爆破采用了点线结合的市药方式,多段微差起爆技术,水封爆破技术,在达到预期破碎效果的同时有效地防止了爆破震动和飞石危害,确保了爆区50~65m范围内建、构筑物的安全。
The design and process of construction of 46.5—ton—class chamber blasting whichwas carried out in the ruban region of Fuzhou(China) are described in details. Someadvanced techniques such as spotline combined layout, multistage millisecond initiatingand hydraulic stemmed curtain were used in the chamber blasting. The explosive effectiveness can be achieved as the desired results,also,the explosive vibration and flystones are avoided,then the safety in the region around 50~65m from explosive spotcan be ensured.
