摘要
研究了PA1010/66共聚物在液氮温度与Tm之间的松弛行为与组成的关系发现不同的松弛温度及损耗因子随共聚物组成的改变而变化的趋势不同随66含量增加,Tγ总趋势下降,Tβ总趋势增加,Tα先下降后增加;tanδ(γ)·tan-1δ(α)和tanδtan-1δ(α)先下降后增加,tanδ(α)先增大后减小。66占50%时,Tγ、Tβ极大,Tα最小;tanδ(γ)tanδ(β)、tanδ(β)·tan-1δ(α)最小,tanδ(α)最大.
It has been studied by DMA that the relaxations such as α, βand γ of PA1010/66copolymers are reIated to their compositions. As PA66 content is increased, β relaxation temperature(Tβ) rises up and γ relaxation temperature (Tγ) comes down on the whole, but a relaxation temperature(Tα) rises up to a maximum and then comes down. With the changing of relaxation temperatures,the ratios of tanδ(γ) (Ioss tangent of γ relaxation) and tanδ(β) to tanδ(α) come down to minima andthen rise up, but tanδ(α) at first rises up to maximum and then comes down. When the molor ratio of PA1010 to PA66 was 1/1, Tγand Tβ are maxium but Tα the Iowest; tanδ(γ) and tanδ(β) are betweenthose of PA1010 and PA66, but tanδ(α) is the biaxest.
