摘要
作为电子元器件封装材料的α-Al2O3陶瓷基片,在电子辐照、高温及高电场下,其电导率会持续增加直至击穿.电子辐照后,其电介质特性也发生了变化.
Under the conditions of electron-irradiation, high temperature and high-strength electrical field, the conductivity increasing and then even breakdown of α-Al2O3 ceramic plates for the IC package material were observed. Its dielectric properties also changed after irradiation and some explanations are given.
