摘要
研制了适合陶瓷颗粒表面涂层处理的化学气相沉积装置,并探索了在氧化铝颗粒表面获得TiN涂层的工艺;所获得的TiN涂层能提高耐热钢在氧化铝颗粒间的铸渗深度,并使颗粒得到基体的牢固支撑。氧化铝颗粒体积分数在23%~57%可调。
The CVD installation to obtain coating on ceramic particles was designed and made. The process of obtaining TiN coating on Al 2O 3 particles was investigated. The results show that the TiN coating can improve the infiltrating depth of the heat resistant steel liquid between Al 2O 3 particles, and the particles can be firmly sustained by the matrix. The fraction of Al 2O 3 particles in composite may be adjusted between 23%~57%.
