非线性热弹性问题的Hamilton半解析法及其在层合板固化降温过程中热应力的分布研究 被引量:3

摘要 推导了考虑材料随温度变化非线性特征的增量形式Hamilton半解析有限元法的列式;给出了层合板非线性热弹性问题的求解过程;通过算例,研究了复合材料层合板在固化降温过程非线性热应力分布规律,并同线性分析结果进行了比较。结果表明,非线性分析与线性分析结果存在很大差异。 In this paper,the incremental formulation of Hamilton Semi Analytical Method and corresponding computational process for transient nonlinear thermo elastic problem are given. The numerical results on thermo stresses and deformation are obtained for the composite laminates during the cooling down stage of cure process. The results indicate that the nonlinear effect of the temperature dependent mechanical properties is important on residual thermo stress of composite laminates for the cure analysis.
