Research into No Ideal Performance of Continuous Time Current Mode Integrators Based on Current Mirrors

对连续时间电流模式电流镜积分器电路的非理想特性进行理论分析，提出了典型积分器电路的高频特性、噪声特性、失真特性等相关的公式，并应用计算机仿真给予验证。本研究工作对连续时间电流模式滤波器理论等有重要意义。

This paper discusses the no ideal performance of the continuous time current mode integrators based on current mirrors.The high frequency performance,harmonic distortion and noise performance of two typical integrators are analyzed and the related formulae are proposed.These works are important to the continuous time current mode filters theory.
