摘要
提出了一种新的以异步电动机定子电压和定子电流的比值作为控制量的异步电动机轻载调压节能控制方案。仿真计算及实验结果表明该控制方案可以使异步电动机在不同的负载下均呈现出较高的效率,并且兼顾提高功率因数。同时分析了异步电动机的软启动和保护问题。在此基础上,研制成功了具备异步电动机节能运行、软启动和保护功能的异步电动机综合控制装置。
This paper presents a new power-saving approach for asynchronous motors with light-load-based voltage regulation. The approach, which takes the ratio of the stator voltage to current as the control criterion, improves the efficiency and power factor of asynchronous motors. At the same time, this paper analyzes the soft start and protection problems of asynchronous motors. The comprehensive control apparatus possessing the functions of power-saving, soft start and protection has been produced successfully.
