论大学生就业保障体系的构建——区域性就业系列研究之二

On the Construction of Graduate Employment Security System

近年来,大学毕业生的数量逐年增加,使得社会就业形势更加严峻。在这种情况下,构建大学生就业保障体系对学生顺利就业、学校生存与发展和社会繁荣稳定都有着重要的意义和作用。为此,文章从四个层面来构建大学生就业保障体系:一是学生层面:转变就业观念;二是学校层面:提高人才培养质量;三是社会层面:建立失业保险制度;四是政府层面:加强组织协调。

The number of graduates in recent years is growing continuously, thus the employment situation is getting more and more serious accordingly. Under the circumstances, the construction of graduate employment security system is of great significance to the successful employment of graduates, survival of colleges and prosperous and stable development of society. In this respect, the graduate employment security system must be constructed in four aspects： the first is to change their attitudes of employment in terms of graduates, the second is to improve the training quality in terms of colleges, the third is to set up unemployment insurance system in terms of social level and the fourth is to strengthen organization and coordination in terms of governmental level.
