摘要
研究了雌雄蕊麦秆隔离、吸管授粉进行棉花杂交制种,对棉花杂交成铃率以及纤维长度、纤维整齐度、衣分、单铃重、单铃种子数和籽指的影响。结果表明:该方法容易掌握和操作,较传统方法省工、省力、省时,成铃率高,纤维品质明显提高。
The application of pollination by isolating the pistil and stamen with wheat straw in the hybrid seed production of cotton was studied. The results showed that the pollination method was easy, which could save labor and time, increase the boll setting ration, and improve the fiber quality significantly.
