优化施肥对丹参产量及丹参酮ⅡA含量的影响 被引量:10

摘要 采用"3414"二次回归最优设计,研究了氮、磷、钾肥施用量对丹参根性状、产量及丹参酮ⅡA含量的影响。结果表明:根据田间试验丹参氮、磷、钾的肥效方程,在适宜施肥量范围内,钾肥有利于根长和根数的增加,磷肥和钾肥有利于根直径的增加,氮肥对根产量影响最大;由方程得出最佳施肥方案为N241.41 kg/hm2、P2O5115.55 kg/hm2和K2O 171.70 kg/hm2,根产量最高,可达4914.66 kg/hm2;施用N225.00 kg/hm2、P2O5120.00 kg/hm2和K2O150.00 kg/hm2时,丹参酮ⅡA含量达到最高值。 The effects of N,P and K fertilizers on the root characters,yield and content of tanshinoneⅡA of Salvia miltiorrhiza were studied by using the'3414'twice regression the best design.The results indicated that adequate application of K fertilizer could increase the root length and number,and that of P and K fertilizers could increase the root diameter.N fertilizer had the most influence on the root yield.When the optimum amount of N,P2O5 and K2O was 241.41 kg/hm^2,115.55 kg/hm^2 and 171.70 kg/hm^2,respectively,the root yeild could reach 4 914.66 kg/hm^2.When the amount of N,P2O5 and K2O was 225.00 kg/hm^2,120.00 kg/hm^2 and 150.00 kg/hm^2,respectively,the content of tanshinoneⅡA reached the maximum.
