摘要
阐述了烟叶微生物发酵机理,介绍了发酵烟叶表面微生物种群的多样性,综述了微生物及微生物制剂在烟叶发酵中的应用研究。
The fermentation mechanism of microorganism in tobacco leaves was described,the diversity of microorganism in fermented tobacco leaves was introduced,and the applications of microorganism and microbiological preparation on tobacco fermentation were summarized.
