摘要
为研究管板式烘丝机工艺参数与卷烟焦油释放量的关系,采用均匀设计方案,对叶丝HT蒸汽压力、热风温度、热风风门开度、排潮风门开度和筒体转速等工艺参数进行了组合试验。结果表明:HT蒸汽压力与热风温度的交互作用、热风风门开度对卷烟焦油释放量具有正作用,且在回归方程中HT蒸汽压力与热风温度的交互作用系数有意义;HT蒸汽压力与筒体转速的交互作用、热风温度与排潮风门开度的交互作用对焦油释放量具有负作用,且热风温度与排潮风门开度的交互作用系数在回归方程中有意义。
The relationship between technological parameters of tube sheet cut tobacco dryer and tar content of cigarette was stuided,and the steam pressure of HT,temperature of hot air,opening of hot air valve and moisture discharge valve and revolving-speed of casing cylinder were experimented using the uniform design.The results showed that the interaction between the steam pressure of HT and the temperature of hot air and the opening of hot air valve had the positive effects on the tar content of cigarette.The interaction between the steam pressure of HT and the revolving-speed of casing cylinder and that between the temperature of hot air and the opening of moisture discharge valve had the negative effects on the tar content of cigarette.
