Analysis on the Demand and Supply of New Rural Cooperative Medical System

从需求和供给2个角度对新型农村合作医疗制度进行分析,指出参加新农合是农民的理性选择,但其供需矛盾仍旧比较突出,看病难、看病贵的问题仍旧困扰着广大农民。对此,提出了供方和需方双重激励模式以期促进新农合的发展。

The demand and supply of new rural cooperative medical system are analyzed.It is the rational choice for peasants that participating the new rural cooperative medical system,while the contradiction between supply and requirement was outstanding,and it is difficult and expensive for vast farmers to get medical service.The dual incentive mode between suppliers and demanders is suggested to promote the development of new rural cooperative medical system.
