摘要
应用二维有限元法计算了多相无刷直流机的电感曲线,它是无刷直流机及其系统仿真分析的基础。该电机为奇数组、分数槽绕组,磁极为不对称斜气隙,用有限元计算时,需要进行全域剖分,为此首先分析导致自动剖分失败的关键问题,解决了任意平面域三角元自动剖分,然后解决了电机转动时任意时刻自动剖分,即动态自动剖分。通过有限元计算得到电感参数曲线,对激磁绕组电感计算值和实验值进行了比较,两者吻合。
The inductance curves of a polyphase brushless DC Motor are calculated by 2-D FEM method, which is the basis of simulation. The DC Motor comprises odd phases, odd slots and asymetrical poles, so mesh refinement must be made in whole area of the machine. The paper analyzes the key which causes failure of automatic triangular mesh generation, and presents the method for arbitrary planar domains by which the mesh refinement is made when machine rotates. The self inductance of field winding agrees with measured result.
