摘要
从投入模式、运行方式和驱动主体等方面研究小型农田水利工程治理模式,在此基础上提出农田水利工程"多中心"治理模式,即其有效治理是市场化运行、政府辅助和社会化治理的有机结合。
The governance model of miniature irrigation and drainage engineering is analyzed from the aspects of investing model,operating model and driver.The multicenter governance model combining with the marketization performing,government assistant and socialization governance is put forward.
