Investigation of the New Thread of the Scientific Research Development in Colleges and Universities

从高校科研的现状出发,探讨了高校科研新思路,提出科研管理工作要以人为本,科研工作要全面、协调、可持续发展;同时对学科建设、科学研究、科研基地以及团队建设等方面的关系进行了阐述,其结论对高校的科技创新以及创新管理有重要意义。

According to the status of scientific research in colleges and universities, the author analyzes and concludes that the management of scientific research should be people-oriented, comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable, in order to meet the requirements of the development of scientific research. Also, the relationships among the course construction, science facility construction, scientific research, and team building are explored, in an attempt to shed lights on the innovation of the science and management in colleges and universities.
