摘要
房地产公司对建筑化项目成本管理包含了立项、方案定位、招标、施工联系单控制、检测、移交物业等几个阶段,每个阶段都有其相应的成本管理要点,房地产公司可以针对每个阶段的项目成本进行合理有序的成本控制。本文主要是以民用建筑中住宅小区为例进行说明。
The cost management of intelligent engineering includes project, program positioning, bidding, construction of contact control, testing, transfer of property, and several phases, each has its corresponding elements of cost management, the real estate companies for each phase of the project costs can control the cost reasonably and orderly. Taking the civil construction in residential area as an example, the article introduces the cost management in great detail.
