制度标准体系在建设行业信息化中的作用分析

在我国城镇化发展过程中,住房和城乡建设部需要充分运用信息化手段使得在城镇化过程中发挥更好地作用,并从数据、平台、应用、安全、标准五大方面落实具体工作,其中制度标准体系是支撑其他四个方面的重要工作。本文分析了建立制度标准体系对建设行业信息化的作用和建设行业制度标准体系的建设原则,并根据住房和城乡建设部在城镇化过程中开展信息化工作的需要,提出了建设行业制度标准体系的建设内容。

With the development of China＇s urbanization, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural development of the People＇ s Republic of China（MOHURD） need make full use of information technology in the urbanization process, and implement specific work from data, platforms, applications, security and standards, in which institution standard system is the most important work supporting the other four areas. This paper analyzes the roles of establishing the institution standard system in the process of Construction industry informalization and the principles of institution standard system of Construction industry. Meanwhile, according to the requirement of information technology in the urbanization process of MOHURD, it puts forward the content of construction industry institution standard system.
