补肾化痰中药对香烟烟雾吸入慢支模型小鼠预防保护作用 被引量:1

Protective effect of Chinese materia medica of tonifying kindey and eliminating sputum on chronic bronchitis mice induced by tobacco smoking

摘要 目的:从病理形态学的变化研究补肾化痰中药对香烟烟雾吸入小鼠慢支模型的预防保护作用。方法:健康雄性小鼠60只,随机均分为正常对照组、慢支模型组、桂龙咳喘宁组、补肾化痰中药大剂量组和补肾化痰中药小剂量组,每组12只,采用香烟烟雾吸入法建立小鼠慢支模型,补肾化痰中药和桂龙咳喘宁均采用预防给药,光镜下观察各组小鼠气管和肺组织病理形态学的变化。结果:补肾化痰中药大、小剂量组和桂龙咳喘宁组小鼠气管和肺组织的病变程度均显著减轻(P<0.01或P<0.001),尤以补肾化痰中药大剂量组小鼠的效果最显著。结论:补肾化痰中药对烟熏慢支模型小鼠有显著的预防保护作用。 Objective: To study the protective effect of Chinese materia medica of tonifying kindey and eliminating sputum on chronic bronchitis mice induced by tobacco smoking from aspect of pathomorphology changes. Methods: 60 Healthy male mice were divided into normal group, chronic bronchitism model group, Guilong Kechuanning group, high and low dosage of tonifying kindey and eliminating sputum groups at random, each 12. Model mice of chronic bronchitis were induced tobacco smoking, giving Guilong Kechuanning and Chinese materia medica of tonifying kindey and eliminating sputum at the same time. The pathomorphology changes of trache and lung tissue were observed under light microscope. Results: Compared model group, the pathomorphology changes of trache and lung tissue in Guilong Kechuanning group, high and low dosage of tonifying kindey and eliminating sputum groups relieved(P〈0.01or P〈0.001), especially the hige dose group. Conclusion: Chinese materia medica of tonifying kindey and eliminating sputum had obvious Protective effect on chronic bronchitis mice.
