Development strategy of China's chemical industries in Merge of Industrialization and Information

转变经济发展方式、推进信息化与工业化融合是我国新时期的发展战略。本文首先论述了"两化融合"战略抉择的必要性,然后结合化学工业论述"两化融合"发展的特征:精细化、服务化和可持续化。根据这些特证提出了"由大变强"的具体要求。

The transformation of economic development mode and promotion of the merge of industrialization and information are a developing strategy in the new times. In this paper the necessity of this strategy is discussed and how it could be implemented in China＇ s chemical industry is described. The features of development strategy for China＇ s chemical industry will be： promoting fine chemical industry, turning service business into a manufacture industry and taking sustainable development as a direction. According to these features some requirements of development make ＂From Large To Strong＂ for China＇ s chemical industry are also put forward.
