摘要 目前液化天然气(LNG)接收站终端普遍采用再冷凝工艺来处理蒸发气体(BOG)。对BOG再冷凝工艺进行了热力学模拟,并通过单变量法对影响BOG再冷凝工艺的运行参数进行了分析。结果表明:LNG输出量随下游用气负荷波动的变化及LNG组成及储存压力的不同,都将引起BOG再冷凝工艺的运行参数(压缩机压比和功耗)的改变。建议在实际工艺运行中,确保管网输气系统安全平稳运行,适当调整压缩机压比、物料比等再冷凝工艺参数,从而实现BOG再冷凝工艺的优化运行。 The recondensation process is generally adopted to deal with the boil off gas (BOG) in LNG receiving terminals currently.The recondensation process is simulated by the software PRO/Ⅱ 8.0, and the process parameters affecting the recondensation process for BOG are analyzed by means of changing single parameter presented in this paper. The results show that all the change of the sendout of LNG with the ranging of LNG used, the composition of LNG and the pressure of the storage can cause the difference of the parameters (such as the pressure ratio of the BOG compressor and the energy consumption) of the recondensation process. In the actual process operation, it is advised to properly adjust the parameters of the recondensation process such as the ratio of the BOG compressor pressure and the ratio of materials. So that the gas transmission pipeline network can operate safely and stably, and the recondensation process can be ensured to run under optimal conditions.
