摘要
采用反应器/塔耦合体系,以纯醋酸和正丁醇为原料制备醋酸丁酯,借助AspenPlus对酯化反应进行建模、模拟和优化。优化后产品醋酸丁酯的摩尔分数接近1.000,醋酸的转化率为0.987。将优化后的体系用于不同摩尔分数醋酸的回收,并对能耗进行了比较。结果表明,反应器/塔耦合体系可用于制备高纯度醋酸丁酯,也可用于回收不同摩尔分数的醋酸。醋酸的转化率随醋酸摩尔分数的提高而增大,能耗随醋酸摩尔分数的提高而降低。确定的操作条件可为实际的生产过程提供依据。
The n-butyl acetate is prepared with n-butanol and acetic acid as materials through coupled reactor/column system. The model for esterification is developed, simulated and optimized by software of Aspen Plus. The purity of n-butyl acetate is close to 1.000 and the conversion rate is 0.987 after optimization. The recovery of acetic acid of various concentration from water is performed. The results show that the coupled reactor/column system is an effective way to produce highly pure nbutyl acetate and to recover the acetic acids of various concentration. The conversion rate of acetic acid increases and energy cost decreases with the increase of concentration of acetic acid. This study can provide evidence for industrial processing.
