摘要
评价输电系统的网损功率和网损电量是调度人员的重要任务。而已有的网损评价方法不能有效地计及各节点注入功率波动对网损的影响。本文提出了一种根据网损功率概率分布函数来评价输电系统网损的方法,网损功率概率分布函数反映了在实际系统注入功率波动情况下网损功率的变化规律。本文还给出了计算网损功率概率分布函数的实用算法,并在一个实际的跨省输电系统上验证了方法的可行性。
To evaluate power and energy losses is very important for the dispatcher of a bulk transmission system. There is no method to properly account for the effects of injection variations upon power and energy losses. A new method to evaluate power and energy losses based on the probabilistic distribution function (PDF) of power loss, which describes the pattern of power loss variation under real system operation conditions, has been proposed in this paper. A practical algorithm to calculate PDF of power loss is built and verified in a real bulk transmission system.
