营养调控生长肥育猪减排效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 以"杜×长×大"三元杂交生长肥育猪为试验对象,设计理想蛋白质营养,降低饲粮粗蛋白水平2%,同时应用植酸酶和益生素,并降低饲料中磷、铜、锌、铁等元素添加量,不使用有机砷制剂,通过饲养和代谢试验探讨不同处理方式对生长肥育猪生长性能和氮、磷代谢,微量元素排放及相关血清指标的影响。结果表明:同比高铜对照组,饲用低水平铜处理组使生长肥育猪日增重和采食量分别提高了4.96%和4.26%;使粪尿中总氮、磷、铜、锌、铁和砷分别降低了14.70%(P>0.05)、31.98%(P>0.05)、92.31%(P<0.01)、27.57%(P<0.05)、33.77%(P<0.01)和76.40%(P<0.01)。
