摘要
文章阐述了经小电阻接地的１０ｋＶ网络内变电所发生接地短路时，在用户内引起的电击和绝缘击穿危险及其防范措施。作者还对用户电气安全水平的提高提出了建议。
This paper presents the danger of electric shock and insulation damage to consumer caused by earthing fault in substation of 10kV network with low resistance neutral grounding and the protective measures. For improving the safety level of consumer some suggestions are proposed.
