摘要
基于认知的信任和快速信任是学生临时团队信任的两大主要特征,团队目标的明确程度、团队领导者的作用、队员的角色期待、沟通和共享机制的状况、激励机制及环境等因素都将影响学生临时团队成员间的信任关系。应从构建团队的理念和目标,选择合格的领导与成员,加强团队成员间的沟通与信息共享,及时激励团队成员以及通过建立和谐组织提高团队的和谐氛围等途径来提高学生临时团队的信任度。
Trust in temporary students' team is chiefly characterized by trust based on recognition and fast trust. Factors influencing the trust in temporary students' team include the clarification of team goal, the role of the leader, the role expectation of the members, communication and sharing mechanism, motivation mechanism and environment. The improvement of trust degree in temporary students' team is based on constructing team philosophy and goal, selecting qualified leaders and members, strengthening the communication and information sharing between the members, timely motivating the members, and constructing a harmonious team and a harmonious atmosphere.
