我国普通高校体育管理组织结构变迁的影响因素研究

Influencing Factors on Organizational Structure Transition of Sports Management in China's Colleges

以组织理论为基础,运用文献分析、访谈、问卷调查及数理统计等方法,对我国普通高校体育管理组织结构变迁的影响因素进行调查与分析。研究结果表明影响其变迁的因素主要有四个方面:体育职能的拓展与任务的变化、校外体育的发展、校内体育环境和经济发展与高校规模的大小;四个影响要素之间的关系是相互联系、相互作用的。

Based on organization theory, this paper investigates and analyses the influencing factors on organizational structure transition of sports management in China＇s colleges by the methods of documentary review, interviews, surveys, and mathematical,etc. The results show that the main factors affecting its transition lie in four areas, expansion of physical functions and change of tasks, development of extra-school sports, school sports environment and economic development and the size of colleges and universities. And these four elements are interrelated and interacted.
