摘要
运用ISOMED2000等动测试系统和METITUR平衡测力台进行平衡测试,分别对国家优秀男子自由式滑雪空中技巧运动员进行30°/s、180°/s速度下躯干的屈伸和30°/s下的躯干扭转力量的等动测试以及5种姿态下的静态平衡能力测试。并对躯干的屈伸肌力、平衡指标及躯干的屈伸肌力与平衡指标相关性进行了分析,旨在探讨躯干伸肌群的工作特点与运动员平衡能力间的关系,为运动员日常的肌肉力量训练提供理论依据。
The authors of this article used ISOMED2000 testing system and balance the force plates METITUR balanced test to test respectively the national men's freestyle skiing aerials outstanding athletes 30°/s, 180°/s speed trunk flexion and extension and 30°/s speed trunk to reverse the strength of isokinefic testing,as well as the static balance test of five kinds of gestures. And trunk flexion and extension muscle strength, balance indicators and trunk flexion and extension muscle strength and balance of indicators for correlation are analyzed to explore the work of the trunk extensor group characteristics and the relationship of athlete's balance. It is hoped to provide the theory basis for the athlete daily muscular strength training.
